Peanut Butter Scones with Chocolate Chips
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
  • Rub butter and peanut butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture looks like damp sand.
  • Add the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the milk and vanilla into the mixture and mix until the dough just comes together.
  • Shape, cut into 8 large or 16 mini scones.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
