- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
- Rub butter and peanut butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture looks like damp sand.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Pour the milk and vanilla into the mixture and mix until the dough just comes together.
- Shape, cut into 8 large or 16 mini scones.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
